Founded in 1987 Balloon Celebrations sold balloons from a kiosk in the Cherry Hill Mall and quickly advanced to a store front location providing balloon decor for all occassions.
For 38 years Rick Sicolo ran the Philadelphia area s premier balloon decorating company.
